Welcome to the Vishal Fitness Planet, originally built in 2003 October 30. The Vishal Fitness Planet was considered state-of-the-art with gymnasiums, exercise facilities and recreation centre. We have, in all four branches in MP; 10no, Link road, Bharat Nagar JK Road, Chatrasal JK Road. Vishal Fitness Planet is being the pioneer of health and fitness exercise in central India.
Vishal Fitness Planet has been renovated couple of times. this expansion and renovation include the fitness centre which now features strength and cardiovascular equipments.
- Two floor workout with separate General Fitness Program, Personal Fitness Zone, Transformation Zone and Cross fit area.
- Fully lighted badminton court with coaches all the time on feet during session hours.
- Fully lighted Air Hockey game room.
- Ladies wellness, very mindfully structured just the way they are, colorful, illuminated workout area with cameras at every corner, locker room, steam and shower, cafeteria, spa saloon all in the same building.
- Additionally, Play area at Vishal Fitness Planet Ladies Wellness , hygenic, well organized , colorful activity and play zone with efficient interaction with each other to keep your little ones safe and busy when you are busy in shaping your body and life in large.
- Marshall Arts, an art of self defence and others defence classes for kids at Ladies Wellness branch.
- Specialized Marshall arts, kickboxing and sword fighting team will be working together to foster a sense of protection towards each other right from their early childhood.
- Goal of vishal fitness planet is to make indiviual not only healthy physically , mentally and phsycologicaly but to built a stronger compassionate community.
